Shipping policy

We offer free local delivery to EN7 and EN8 postcodes, all other eligible postcodes in London and Hertfordshire are £5.99. Our national delivery fee for post and packaging is at a flat rate of £15 and is aimed to be delivered in 1-2 working days.

- Eligible London and Hertfordshire postcodes (free or £5.99 delivery) are delivered by a bloomsbycag representative or same day courier services such as Stuart.

- Our delivery times are between 10:00-18:00 on the selected delivery date.

- Same day deliveries cut off time can differ according to product availability. Delivery cut off times for same day deliveries are 10pm according to the time of purchase.

- National delivery postcodes are delivered by third party services such as Royal Mail. The courier service chosen at the time of delivery is determined by the quickest delivery turnout. Please note Sundays are a non working day for most courier services. This means that any National Delivery order placed for arrival on Sunday is subject to delay in which we will contact the customer. Additionally, we are subject to delaying the order for all bank holidays as most couriers do not operate on these days. If this is the case, we will contact the customer and either delay or offer a full refund.
